ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Placing an Order
All orders are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or stock issues.
Payment Methods

Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
If there is an issue with your payment, we will contact you to resolve it before processing your order.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Costs & Timeframes
The cost of shipping homewares within Australia will depend on the size of the parcel and how far it has to go.
Our site runs on weight estimations so if you have any queries in regards to quoted price please email us on aprentiscollection@outlook.com and we will do our best to assist.
Standard Shipping: Please allow 7-10 days
At this stage we are unable to ship large items such as furniture. If ordered via online we hold the right to cancel orders or contact with updated shipping terms and quotations for approval and payment.
Pick up from Clyde, Melbourne, Vic 3978.
We are working on offering this larger scale shipping option soon.
We currently do not ship internationally.
Tracking & Lost Packages
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days with photos.
We will offer a replacement or store credit.

We make every effort to display products accurately, but slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings, materials and hand made processes.

Discounts & Promotions
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied after the purchase is complete.
